We hope you are happy with your Zoma Apparel items. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to return it without providing a reason. Please ensure the return shipment is sent back to us within this 30-day window.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition, with the original tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN COSTS
The cost of returning your item is the responsibility of the customer, depending on your location and the courier you choose.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
Please note: it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
